NepalMedCan does not currently represent that commercial medical cannabis production or export is authorised. The project remains subject to Nepal's final applicable legislation, implementing regulations, licensing rules and competent-authority approvals. The production model, compliance system and commercial structure will be adapted to the legal requirements once these are formally established.
Any future cultivation, processing, export or supply activity will be undertaken only where legally permitted and after the required licences, permits and regulatory approvals are in place.
